How to find my current club membership details (National Member ID, PIP / Pickleball NSW / Pickleball Australia membership expiry date)?
Enter your First Name and Last name, or your Pickleball National Member ID (if known) at Member ID Finder
Where do I pay my membership fee (renewal and new member)?
Only through the official Membership Registration link. Please do not pay membership fees directly into the club’s bank account.
What’s included in my membership?
Your annual subscription includes Pickleball Australia and Pickleball NSW membership (with insurance at any affiliated venue nationally), free daytime social play / drills and skill sessions, members-only events, member rate for all club activities (evening social, competitions and tournaments). See more details under Membership
Do I need to be a member to play?
No. Casual players can join non-members-only sessions for $10 (daytime) or $15 (evening). Casual play is capped at one month unless you’re a member of another affiliated club.
What happens if I cancel a booked session?
Each OpenSports event will specify its own cancellation deadline, typically 4 hours before the session start time, or up to 24 hours for certain events. Please check this information on the event page to be eligible for a session credit. Credits are also issued if a session is cancelled due to weather or court unavailability. Refer to OpenSports session for more detailed information.
I’ve never played — where do I start?
Book a First Timer session ($25) — a small group of up to 4 players learns rules, scoring and basic skills, with equipment provided if you need it.
Is there an age requirement?
The club is open to players aged 12 and up. Players under 12 may join with club approval and can take part in club events and must be accompanied by a parent.
Is play at my own risk?
Yes — all players acknowledge a waiver before playing, whether a member or a visitor.
Where do I find Insurance information for club members?
All club members will be registered with Pickleball NSW and Pickleball Australia. Pickleball Australia (PAA Ltd.) provides, where applicable, Public Liability, Association Liability, Professional Indemnity and Personal Accident Insurance to their members and affiliates. Visit Pickleball Australia for Insurance Policy, How to Claim, FAQ and contact information.
How do I set up my DUPR and Pickleball.com accounts?
- Sign up for a DUPR.com account. Use your email rather than a social media sign-in — ideally the same email you used to register with club membership. App download is not required, and you’ll come away with a DUPR account and ID.
- Sign up for a pickleball.com account. Use the same email and phone number as your DUPR account, then go to Edit Profile → Connect DUPR and enter your DUPR login to link the two accounts.
- For tournament / league registration. Register online or provide the club with your full name, DUPR ID, mobile number and email address.
Important: Do not register your pickleball.com account with your mobile number as user ID. Need help? Contact Quinnie Huyen Dao at 0405-313-295, or submit a ticket with pickleball.com support team at pickleball.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new.
How do I participate in PIP Intermediate and Advanced grading session if I am new to the club and don’t have a DUPR rating?
Contact Rod Brabin, Competition Team, Event Host of PIP Intermediate or Advanced sessions or Club Committee.
